Your feedback matters
Whether something went well or fell short, we want to hear from you. Your feedback is taken seriously, handled in confidence, and used to improve care for you and the next patient — and raising a concern never affects the care you receive.
How to share feedback or raise a concern
The easiest way is to talk to your international patient coordinator — at any point, before, during or after your care. You can also reach our team directly by phone, WhatsApp or our contact form. Tell us what happened in your own words; if you would like someone to act on your behalf, let us know and we will arrange it.

We listen
Your feedback or concern is recorded and taken seriously, in your own language. Nothing you raise affects the care you receive.
We look into it
We review what happened fairly and in confidence, involving the right people to understand and put things right.
We respond
We get back to you as quickly as we can, explain what we have found, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Compliments are welcome too
If a nurse, doctor or coordinator made a difference to your care, we would love to know. Kind words are shared with the people who looked after you — and they mean a great deal.
If you are still not satisfied
If our response does not resolve things, you can ask for your concern to be escalated to our patient relations team. Being heard, and having concerns addressed fairly, is part of your rights as our patient.
Your patient rightsEverything you share is treated confidentially and used only to understand and improve your care. Raising a concern will never affect the treatment you receive from us.
