Costs & payment

Paying for your treatment

We keep payment as clear as your care. You receive an itemized estimate before you travel, an itemized invoice for what you actually receive, and a coordinator who explains every step in your language — with no hidden fees.

How payment works

Step 1

Get your estimate

Before you travel you receive a free, itemized cost estimate for your treatment — so you know what to expect, with no surprises.

Step 2

Confirm your dates

Your coordinator explains, in advance, anything needed to hold your appointment dates and how payment is timed for your treatment.

Step 3

Pay for your care

Your coordinator confirms the accepted methods and timing in your language before you travel, so paying is simple and predictable.

Step 4

Receive your invoice

After your care you receive an itemized invoice — to keep for your records or to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Good to know

No hidden fees

Your estimate and invoice itemize what is included. Anything billed separately is flagged in advance — never after the fact.

If your plan changes

An estimate is a careful projection, not a fixed quote. If your clinical needs change, your team explains why before proceeding.

For your insurer

An itemized invoice supports a reimbursement claim, and we can guide direct billing with insurers where this is available.
