Urology

Urology diagnoses and treats conditions of the urinary system — kidneys, ureters and bladder — in both men and women, as well as the male reproductive system. Our urologists manage enlarged prostate (BPH), prostate cancer, kidney stones and bladder conditions, using minimally invasive laser, endoscopic and robotic techniques.

Overview

One coordinated team, one plan for your care

Our urology team covers the full scope of the specialty — general, reconstructive and pediatric urology, uro-oncology, urogynecology, neuro-urology, endourology, robotic urology and andrology (men's health). Prostate cancer is diagnosed precisely with MRI-TRUS fusion biopsy, enlarged-prostate symptoms are relieved with laser surgery such as HoLEP, kidney stones are cleared endoscopically, and complex cancer and reconstructive cases are performed robotically or laparoscopically, working closely with our oncology, nuclear-medicine and nephrology teams.

International patients are supported from first contact by a dedicated coordinator. Our urologists can review your prostate MRI, PSA results, scans and reports remotely to give a second opinion on the diagnosis and the recommended treatment, and you receive a transparent, itemized cost estimate before you travel, with follow-up available remotely after you return home.

Why Florence

Why patients choose the Urology

Precision prostate diagnosis

MRI-TRUS fusion biopsy fuses multiparametric MRI with live ultrasound to target suspicious lesions exactly, improving detection of significant prostate cancer while sparing harmless areas.

Minimally invasive by default

Laser (HoLEP), endoscopic and robotic techniques treat prostate, stone and bladder conditions through natural openings or tiny incisions, which can mean less pain and a quicker recovery.

Built for international patients

A dedicated coordinator, care in your language, invitation letters for your visa, airport transfers and a transparent cost estimate before you travel.

Accredited quality & safety

Care delivered to internationally recognized JCI standards across our İstanbul hospitals, with outcomes tracked and reviewed.
