Prof. Halil Tuğtepe is a pediatric urology and pediatric surgery specialist in Istanbul. His clinical focus includes hypospadias, pediatric bladder and bowel disorders, urinary incontinence, congenital urinary tract conditions and pediatric urologic surgery.
He completed his medical education at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and his pediatric surgery residency at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery.
He has held academic roles in pediatric surgery and pediatric urology at Marmara University and Demiroğlu Bilim University, and he founded a center focused on bladder and bowel disorders in children.
