Absence of estrogen in prepuberty period cause thinning of mucosa and superficial veins in genital region. In this period , trauma may develop in genital region in the children who are very active while running and playing games. Superficial traumas may cause severe bleeding but it can be easily stopped with compression. Blood can be stored within tissues rarely (hematoma), keeping this in mind, the area should be followed up. Traumas which extend till internal organs (fractures and sharp material injuries) should be repaired with common approach by many departments and difficult interventions may be required, it may be life-threatening. Sometimes there might be traumas in which externalgenitals seem healthy but causing damage in internal tissues.
