Only superior or inferior or all four eyelids can be operated in same operation. Blepharoplasty can be performed alone however it may be combined with other face renewal interventions such as face-neck lifting, peeling, laser, filling.
Excess skin and fat on upper eyelid can be removed and wrinkles and eye bags on lower eyelid can be repaired in this surgery. Therefore eyes will gain younger and more rested expression.
Wrinkles on outer part of eyes are not corrected with blepharoplasty. Botox application may be done to these fine wrinkles. Fat injection can be applied if pitting exists on lower or upper eyelid.
