Planning a trip for medical purposes can be a stressful and daunting prospect. There are flights to arrange, with the possibility of the need for ambulance services to and from the Group Florence Nightingale's hospitals. Medical treatment needs to be carefully coordinated with the patient and his or her family, with interpreting and translation services as required. Accommodation, leisure, transfers and other details all need to be carefully planned, together with follow-up measures that may be required after the patient returns to his or her home country.
The Group Florence Nightingale's Center for International Patients (CIP) is dedicated entirely to providing all our international patients with a comprehensive service covering every aspect of their trip, from their travel plans to and from Istanbul, through accommodation and leisure activities, and most importantly of course, coordinating their medical treatment or surgery with the Group's Centers of Excellence – all in their own language and sensitive to their own cultural values.
The CIP is ready and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist all our international patients and their families with planning their medical travel.
